Connect with Kate Beech, National Manager Portfolio Management at Mirvac with 20+ years’ experience in the property industry.

As National Manager, Portfolio Management at Mirvac, Kate Beech is responsible for optimising the profitability of Mirvac’s office, industrial and build-to-rent asset portfolio by driving efficiencies and consistency, and through stakeholder and customer relations.  Overseeing Mirvac’s high-performing portfolio teams, Kate identifies new business initiatives and synergies, leading to sustainable and profitable results of the assets within Mirvac’s diverse property portfolio. Kate has been with the Mirvac business for over 18 years, and is passionate about driving a high performing culture across the national portfolio team.

Connect with Paul Edwards, General Manager Strategy & Customer at Mirvac.

Paul Edwards leads a team that set strategy, identify and form strategic alliances, and lead customer experience and transformation for the Integrated Investment Portfolio business at Mirvac. This business covers Retail, Office, Industrial and Build-to-Rent. His team work across developments and existing assets, delivering services to the business which include foresight research, end to end design, customer experience design, brand programming, digital strategy, communications and marketing.

In his previous role leading Workplace Experiences, Paul prepared the business for the future of work, workers and the workplace. Paul has started two businesses within Mirvac, Hoist a flexible space business and Mirvac Energy a renewables business. Paul has written papers on the changing world of work, rise of Omni channel worker, augmented work, and smart precincts.

Chris brings 40 years’ experience in the property and construction industry from his time across southeast Queensland, Melbourne, Sydney and even the Middle East. Starting as a Quantity Surveyor and moving his way through the ranks, Cris has spent 20 years working with several listed developers focusing on commercial office projects.
