Todd Pepper Named Chair of Queensland Advisory Board

Property Industry Foundation Welcomes Todd Pepper as Queensland Board of Advisors Chair

The Property Industry Foundation is delighted to announce the appointment of Todd Pepper as Chair of the Queensland Board of Advisors. Todd takes over from outgoing Chair Sal Guardala, whose four years of leadership and dedication have significantly enhanced the Foundation’s impact across Queensland.

As Founder and Executive Director of Alceon Queensland, Todd brings more than 28 years of experience across the property industry, with expertise spanning funds management, development, structured finance, valuation and transaction management. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a respected industry leader, passionate about bringing people together to create meaningful outcomes.

Todd has been a dedicated member of the Property Industry Foundation’s Queensland Board of Advisors since 2023 and has been a passionate advocate for the Foundation’s mission to end youth homelessness. Beyond his governance role, he has led by example through fundraising initiatives, including Hike for Homeless Youth, where he was the event’s highest fundraiser in 2024, raising more than $42,000 to support Haven House projects.

His appointment coincides with an exciting period for the Foundation throughout Queensland, as a growing number of Haven House projects are underway and collaboration within the property and construction sectors is intensifying to combat youth homelessness.

Please join us in congratulating Todd on his appointment as Chair of the Queensland Board of Advisors. We look forward to the leadership, collaboration and passion he will bring as we continue working towards a future where every young person has a safe place to call home.
