The main responsibility of the Beneficiary Review Committee is to review charitable applications and, where appropriate, recommend their approval to our Board of Advisors. The BRC also maintains an ongoing monitoring role of funds disbursed. Please complete the below application form to apply to become a Property Industry Foundation beneficiary. Once completed, your application will be automatically forwarded and a Foundation team member will contact the nominated applicant to discuss next steps.

The Property Industry Foundation provides funding in one-year grants. Your organisation may make an application every year however, there is no guarantee the application will be approved. Occasionally the Property Industry Foundation may make a multi-year grant for up to 3 years. Funding payments will be made in quarterly tranches via EFT once approved by the Board of Advisors. Contribution dates will be outlined in your organisation’s initial beneficiary funding letter.
