Stonebank are tackling their first Melbourne Tour de PIF and they’ve already taken the lead in fundraising!

Stonebank is currently topping the team fundraising leaderboard for the Melbourne Tour de PIF, with director Steve Rodd leading individual fundraising.
This team of four is small but mighty! “This is our first time participating as Stonebank, and we’re passionate about supporting the Property Industry Foundation,” says Steve. “Our strategy has been simple … reaching out to our network and rallying their support. We’ve had an incredible response so far and are really grateful for the generosity we’ve seen!”
Steve will be joined on the Tour by colleagues Mark Petzer, Chris Tracey and James Permezel, with the group setting a fundraising target of $10,000. “Our main goals are to raise as much money as we can for this important cause and ensure the entire team successfully completes the 70km ride,” says Steve. “Some of us, especially myself, are a bit out of practice, but we’re determined to make it through and contribute to this great cause.”
The team are looking forward to a fun day out of office in Victoria’s stunning Yarra Valley wine region. “It’s a fantastic opportunity to escape the craziness of Melbourne and enjoy a beautiful ride through the Yarra Valley,” says Steve. “With busy work and family schedules, it’s a rare chance to get out and appreciate the scenery while supporting a worthy cause.”
They’re counting on teamwork to get them through the 70km ride. “We’re committed to pushing through and crossing that finish line as a team,” says Steve. “This is the first year we’ve had enough enthusiastic cyclists on the Stonebank team to participate in Tour de PIF, and we’re excited to be part of such a meaningful event. We hope to make this a yearly tradition, growing our involvement and our team year after year.”
