Network Architectural is a new Property Industry Foundation Partner, donating 2% of ALPOLIC cladding sales to the Foundation and its projects supporting vulnerable young people. We talked to Kim Regler, CEO and Co-Founder, about how this partnership came about, and why Network Architectural wanted to play a part in building a better future for homeless and at-risk youth.

Why did Network Architectural want to partner with the Foundation in the fight against youth homelessness?
As a supplier, we work closely with architects, builders, and developers to help bring projects to life. But beyond supplying materials, we want to play a part in building something even more important—a better future for young Australians in need.
The Property Industry Foundation gives us the perfect opportunity to do just that. By donating 2% of ALPOLIC cladding sales, we’re making sure that every project we’re part of also helps fund safe and secure housing for homeless youth. It’s a simple way to give back, but one that has a lasting impact.

For us, it’s not just about business—it’s about doing the right thing as an industry. The more we work together, the more we can achieve, and that’s why this partnership means so much to us.
We are delighted that ALPOLIC, distributed by Network Architectural, is also our racing partner for the Sydney Charity Regatta on 15 March.
We’re excited to be part of the regatta again because it’s one of those rare events where competition, camaraderie and charity all come together. It’s an opportunity to connect with the industry in a way that goes beyond the usual supplier-client relationship—we’re all out there for the same reason, to raise funds and awareness for homeless youth.
Being involved again this year was an easy decision. The Charity Regatta is not just a fantastic day on the water; it’s a powerful reminder of how much we can achieve when we come together as an industry.
What’s special about the Charity Regatta?
What makes the Charity Regatta so special is that it breaks down the usual barriers. It’s not about business meetings or transactions—it’s about people coming together for a shared cause. The conversations are different, the connections are more genuine, and at the end of the day, we’re all working towards something bigger than ourselves.
It’s also a fantastic fundraising opportunity. It’s not just about the money raised on the day—it’s about the awareness it generates and the momentum it creates for the Foundation’s work. That’s what makes it such a rewarding event to be part of.

What other exciting Property Industry Foundation events and initiatives will Network Architectural/ALPOLIC be involved in this year?
Alongside the Charity Regatta, we’re excited to be taking part in Tour de PIF, which brings together the industry’s cycling community for a great cause. Whether it’s a long-distance ride or a shorter challenge, it’s all about pushing ourselves while raising funds for the Foundation’s housing projects.
We’re also proud to support the Haven Project, helping to fund and supply materials for homes that provide stability and security for at-risk youth. And our team will be rolling up their sleeves for volunteering days, where we get hands-on to make a difference in real, practical ways.
“For us, it’s not just about business—it’s about doing the right thing as an industry. The more we work together, the more we can achieve, and that’s why this partnership means so much to us.”
Kim Regler, Network Architectural
We want to contribute in as many ways as we can—whether through donations, participation, or simply spreading the word—because the more support we give, the bigger the impact we can have.
Why did you choose the Property Industry Foundation as a charity to support?
Because at the heart of it, we’re all part of the same industry. Whether we’re suppliers, builders, architects, or developers, we’re all in the business of creating spaces where people live, work, and grow. The Property Industry Foundation takes that same principle and applies it where it’s needed most—providing safe homes for homeless youth.
A home isn’t just four walls: it’s stability, opportunity, and a future. That’s why this cause is so important to us. As a supplier, we’re proud to be playing a small but meaningful part in something much bigger than ourselves. When we come together as an industry, we can create real change—and that’s what makes this partnership so special.
