Building Partner
The Foundation works with our partners in the construction and property industry to source in-kind products and services for each Haven Project. This means it finishes up being around 50% funded by cash and 50% funded by in-kind donations, depending on the project.
Foundation Partner
Foundation Partners of the Property Industry Foundation share a percentage of revenue on nominated products or collections with the Foundation.
This sustainable long-term funding stream provides Foundation Partners with unique access to our community, generating increased sales and an ongoing revenue stream. This is a simple way to fit into existing procurement models, with a unique ESG impact.
Be part of the circular economy
Environmentally sustainable, with a positive social outcome. By reusing, reselling, and recycling fit for purpose office furniture, you can offset your embodied carbon footprint and make a donation to the Property Industry Foundation.
$100 for Homes
Donate $100 from every unit, house, and or land package sold or leased to the Haven Project. A ‘point of sale’ opportunity that adds up to having a tangible impact on homeless youth
Workplace Giving
When employees choose to make regular donations to the Foundation directly from their pre-tax pay, every pay period. Their income tax is immediately adjusted, and no tax is paid on the donation.
Payments are usually processed through Payroll who send the funds to the Foundation via EFT.
