We have officially loaded our modular apartments, a collaborative project with Bridge Youth Services and Women’s Property Initiatives, onto the transport truck!
These three brand-new 2-bedroom apartments are designed specifically for young mothers in Shepparton, and this marks our inaugural venture into modular construction. It’s an exhilarating moment to witness the apartments being carefully loaded and set off on their journey.
Our VIC State Manager, Priscilla Heathwood, was onsite to enthusiastically waving them off as they embarked on this important mission to support the community.
Haven House Shepparton (The Nest) is an outstanding example of sector collaboration! The partnership between the Property Industry Foundation, Women’s Property Initiatives, Modular Spaces and The Bridge Youth Services is nearing completion, and we couldn’t be prouder of the progress made.

The Women’s Property Initiatives support women by providing permanent and affordable homes, access to support networks and ongoing advocacy.
The Bridge Youth Service will provide the frontline support so they can live independently and actively participate in the community.
Modular Spaces is a company of second generation building professionals who are passionate about sophisticated modular buildings.
Powered by the industry, the Property Industry Foundation builds homes for homeless youth and provides ongoing support for homes where young people can rebuild their lives.
