The Tour de PIF isn’t just a race; it’s a movement to make a difference. Each mile pedaled and every dollar donated during this year’s Victorian Tour de PIF is a step closer to changing the lives of vulnerable youth facing homelessness.

This year, we’re proud to spotlight The Bridge Youth Service—a vital organisation dedicated to empowering young people with housing support, counseling, and resources that create pathways to stability. By supporting the Tour de PIF, participants and donors are directly contributing to this mission, ensuring that homeless youth have a safe place to turn to, a chance to rebuild, and hope for a brighter future.

Here’s a quote from CEO, Melinda Lawley, about the importance of the partnership between Property Industry Foundation and The Bridge Youth Service.

Melinda Lawley (she/her)

Chief Executive Officer

The Bridge Youth Service

“The partnership with the Property Industry Foundation has been crucial for our Young Mums housing initiative The Nest: Solid Foundations. The Foundation enabled the idea hatched between the Bridge Youth Service and the Women’s Property Initiative to come to life. Without the team at the Foundation and their generous supporters we would not have generated enough funds to build the units.

The partnership has allowed me as CEO to focus on my role, rather than having to spend time finding ways to attract funding for the project. My focus has remained on leading our team to delivering quality services to young people experiencing homelessness and other barriers. As a medium-sized organisation we don’t have a dedicated position to build partnerships and raise funds. We have benefited enormously from the dedicated staff and associates of the Foundation who do this so well. Thank you.”
