TTM Consulting are brushing up on their trivia as the Supporting Partner for the Property Industry Foundation’s Trivia Night at Felons Barrel Hall in Brisbane’s buzzy Howard Smith Wharves precinct on 22 August.
Brian Camilleri, TTM Consulting’s Principal Director, is looking forward to a night of friendly rivalry, team bonding and industry catch-ups at our first Trivia Night. “The Trivia Night brings together a large group of like-minded companies within the property and construction sector to support a great cause. We’re looking forward to having a bit of fun at a great venue and soaking up the relaxing atmosphere on the river at Howard Smith Wharves.”
With tables of eight booking up fast, TTM Consulting have already nabbed their tables and gathered a team of trivia heads, ready to do battle for the coveted title of 2024 Property Industry Foundation Trivia Champions. Their strategy is time honoured. “We’ll be sticking with the old faithful Uni exam technique – if in doubt, pick C,” jokes Brian.
Team building is guaranteed as industry teams put their heads together to test their general knowledge. “We’re looking forward to catching up with colleagues from other companies outside of work or meeting new contacts within the industry” says Brian. “The companies and individuals involved in Property Industry Foundation events form a bond that translates into the work environment as well – which is a win/win all round. ”
The night also offers a chance to find out more about the Foundation’s Haven Project building projects and ongoing fight against youth homelessness. “After every Foundation event that I’ve attended I’ve come away motivated to do more, and encourage others, to help those less fortunate,” says Brian. “Having heard stories from some of the youths assisted by the Foundation and its charity partners, you can’t help but want to get in and raise money. To hear some of the issues that they’ve had to deal with in their young lives is an absolute inspiration.”
As long-time supporters of the Foundation, TTM Consulting believes every young Australian should have a safe and secure home. “TTM Consulting values the goal of assisting young people that are often vulnerable through no fault of their own,” says Brian. “Hopefully providing a home for the youth that have found themselves homeless to avoid harm will break the cycle of generational domestic issues. Finding a safe home for these vulnerable youth is the first step in creating a future for them.”
