Building on their commitment to homeless and disadvantaged youth, the Property Industry Foundation welcomes Versatile Group as a valued Platinum Partner.
The leading construction and development specialists have been a valued presence on several Foundation leadership boards over the past five years – spanning both senior leadership and emerging talent.
Head of Construction Simon Gobbo is the Chair of our NSW Haven House Committee – a committed group that is instrumental to moving forward Foundation building projects. “Our industry has the skills and responsibility to contribute meaningfully, and partnering with the Foundation allows us to turn that responsibility into real outcomes,” says Simon.
Marketing Executive Isabella Carrano is a member of our dynamic NSW Future Leaders Committee – joining other early-career professionals from the industry who want to make a difference and continuing Versatile Group’s legacy and involvement into the future.
In 2025, Versatile Group fundraised over $41,000 at Foundation events such as the Sydney SleepOut and Sydney Charity Regatta and provided pro bono support for Haven House Sylvania – a Caretakers Cottage operated home supporting young people aged 12-17 in out-of-home care.
“Simon’s leadership in this space has been integral to the partnership,” says Isabella. “Over the past five years, our relationship with the Foundation has grown from event participation into a Platinum Sponsorship. As builders and developers, we understand the importance of stable housing and share the Foundation’s commitment to creating lasting community impact.”
Versatile recognises the power of leveraging industry skills, knowledge and resources to build secure homes where vulnerable young people can heal and thrive. They believe the property and construction industry is uniquely positioned to help the Foundation in their goals – using their skills, materials and networks for collaboration and greater social impact.
In 2026, Versatile is deepening their involvement across Foundation committees and events and hopes to broaden team participation – including in-person volunteering – and explore opportunities to support fundraising initiatives.
