A donor with a heart of Gold
The Foundation is excited to welcome AECOM on as a Gold Donor! After a long-standing relationship of great engagement and activity for homeless young people, AECOM is wanting to take their support to the next level.
“AECOM’s association with PIF is longstanding, and we are proud to add our time and energy to supporting PIF through a variety of their fundraising initiatives and through our Gold Partnership.”
“AECOM and PIF have a lot in common, we are committed to delivering a better world. Our people use their technical knowledge and expertise to create a legacy of equity and opportunity that enriches the communities we live in.”
The team at AECOM are valuing this partnership as an opportunity to show a deeper level of support. AECOM wants to make a positive impact and help provide more safe spaces for young people to grow in.
“We have a very real commitment to acknowledge, and give back to, the people of our community.”
AECOM Education Sector Lead Paul Angus gave The 30-Day Fitness Challenge a red hot go!
It is an exciting opportunity to work together to create spaces where people who need it most can have a safe place to call home and the resources to thrive. Through community and collaboration, we look forward to coming together to build a legacy of impact for those who need it most.
The AECOM team has been active with the Foundation, always finding opportunities to get involved and help foster positive relationships.
“Many of our staff recently completed the 30-Day Challenge, rising to the call to exercise, walk 500kms, and other activities to raise money. We have taken part in regatta days with a number of keen sailors amongst us willing to navigate the seas in the name of fundraising. As part of our commitment to sustainable practices we have approached our imminent Sydney office refurbishment with a ReUse mindset, and will be donating any surplus furniture to PIF to further donate on, or use to fundraise. Our people are looking forward to providing their time and expertise in support of the PIF House Program while also engaging with a new project in conjunction with the Salvation Army.”
We thank AECOM for coming on board and continuing to help foster change through social impact.
“Personally I find it really energizing to see how our busy engineers, designers and planners have been so willing to provide their skills and time to help design and deliver safe and secure bedrooms for the homeless through the PIF House program. I am really proud of our ongoing contribution and to the Property Industry Foundation and look forward to continuing to deepen our relationship.”
