The Property Industry Foundation, in collaboration with Homes NSW, the City of Sydney, The Salvation Army, the Goodman Foundation, and over 20 leading property and construction firms, proudly presents Haven House South Dowling.
Managed by The Salvation Army Oasis Youth Services, Haven House South Dowling offers long-term residential tenancy for vulnerable youth aged 16 to 24 who face significant barriers to private rental. The program provides consistent support in:
- Education and training opportunities.
- Employment readiness and financial independence.
- Living skills development, including budgeting and decision-making.
A stepped rental approach helps residents build rental histories and transition successfully to private housing once employed full-time, breaking the cycle of homelessness.
