Monica brings to her 25-year career an unmatched level of enthusiasm and passion based on a sincere love of the construction game and on solving the particular challenges it presents. Her depth of experience and wealth of skills delivering health, education and laboratory facilities is unparalleled and has seen her advance swiftly to her current leadership role. Among these, she has tackled some of the biggest challenges relating to health sector refurbishment projects, often managing the interface and requirements of an operating hospital to successfully complete highly complex works, without compromising time and quality deliverables. Monica’s been critical to building Built’s health portfolio over the last several years and her track record has culminated in securing in excess of $800m worth of health projects for the Victorian business over the last 18 months. No project is ever too big or too small for Mon, if there’s a challenge to be solved she will see it through well beyond completion.
