Chairman

Bevan has over 40 years of experience in real estate funds management across Asia Pacific and Europe. He was most recently Global Head of Real Estate at Australian Super and was responsible for its global real estate portfolio. Before joining Australian Super, he was responsible for the Global Property Fund at Cromwell Property Group based in their London office. Bevan has had an extensive executive career in all aspects of property investment management, development and construction, and capital placement in leading Australian Real estate businesses including Lend Lease, Mirvac and Colonial First State Property.

Natalie Devlin

Chief Experience Officer, Charter Hall

As Charter Hall’s Chief Experience Officer (CXO) she is responsible for creating customer centric strategies that drive culture and customer connectivity across the Group, ensuring that customer experience is central to the Group’s operations. Prior to joining Charter Hall, Natalie was the Head of People and Development at Valad where she established and led the organisation’s Human Resources function, and the publishing multinational Wolters Kluwer where she was instrumental in transforming its operating model. She joined the Property Foundation Board in September 2023.

Todd Pepper

Todd is the founder and current Executive Director of Alceon Qld with over 28 years’ experience across a broad range of property sectors including Funds Management, valuation, sales and leasing, direct development and development management and structured finance. Todd specialises in the area of Real Estate finance, feasibility analysis and transaction management with particular skills in development management and deal origination.

Anthony Boyd

Chief Executive Officer, Frasers Property Australia

Anthony is CEO at Frasers Property Australia. With over 25 years’ experience in the property and finance industries and a strong business acumen, Anthony oversees the development of mixed use, commercial, build-to-rent and retail together with residential land, housing and apartments. Anthony is also responsible for FPA’s investment property portfolio management as well as the sustainability focused energy retailer, Real Utilities. As a leading Australian property professional, Anthony represents Frasers Property on the Property Council of Australia’s Corporate Leaders Group and Champions of Change Coalition.

Chief Executive Officer, MinterEllison

Virginia is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of MinterEllison and is a market-leading practitioner in the property, development and infrastructure markets acting for both government and private clients. Virginia is passionate about the property industry and is heavily involved in the Property Council of Australia (PCA) including as a member of the PCA’s National Board. Virginia is also a Board member of Committee for Sydney and chair of its Knowledge Economy Taskforce and a member of our own National Board of Directors. Her passion and knowledge bring strength to our cause, further driving the tangible difference we can make as industry professionals.

Jane Fitzgerald

Chief Operating Officer, Property Council of Australia

In 2021, Jane Fitzgerald became the Chief Operating Officer of the Property Council of Australia after five years as NSW Executive Director where she led the advocacy agenda at a time of enormous investment and change in the sector. Prior to her appointment, Jane was a senior executive with the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department, the Deputy Director-General of the NSW Ministry for Police and chief of staff to two ministers in the NSW Government. Jane has a law degree and an arts degree majoring in politics from the University of NSW.

Head of Property, Victorian Funds Management Corporation

Pete joined Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC) in 2008 and has over 30 years’ experience in asset management, consulting and funds management. His role as Head of Property at VFMC involves the responsibility for strategy, implementation and management of property investments in a $7bn portfolio of core and value add unlisted property funds and club style investments in Australia and the US. Pete is a member of the Property Council’s Capital Markets Division Council and joined the VIC Board of Advisors in 2021.

Malcom is the Chief Executive Officer of Colliers in Australia, responsible for leading the company’s enterprising culture and values that includes always doing what is right for Colliers’s clients, people and their communities. Colliers has supported the Property Industry Foundation since 2002 and sponsored the Sydney Sailing Regatta since 2011.

Monica Fontaine

Monica Fontaine

National Health Sector Lead, Built.

Monica brings to her 25-year career an unmatched level of enthusiasm and passion based on a sincere love of the construction game and on solving the particular challenges it presents. Her depth of experience and wealth of skills delivering health, education and laboratory facilities is unparalleled and has seen her advance swiftly to her current leadership role. Among these, she has tackled some of the biggest challenges relating to health sector refurbishment projects, often managing the interface and requirements of an operating hospital to successfully complete highly complex works, without compromising time and quality deliverables. Monica’s been critical to building Built’s health portfolio over the last several years and her track record has culminated in securing in excess of $800m worth of health projects for the Victorian business over the last 18 months. No project is ever too big or too small for Mon, if there’s a challenge to be solved she will see it through well beyond completion.
