New Platinum Donors Apollo are excited to join the party as the Foundation celebrates 10 amazing years in the Sunshine State.
“The celebration of the Property Industry Foundation’s 10-year milestone in Queensland is a significant occasion that acknowledges the impact the Foundation has made to date and inspires further action in the fight against youth homelessness,” says Billy Hammond, Pre-Construction Manager. “The night serves as a platform to reflect on achievements, express gratitude to supporters, and create momentum for future endeavours and key projects for the community – we wouldn’t miss it for the world!”
Like many of our supporters, Apollo understands that to solve the issue of youth homelessness, collaboration is essential. “The partnership between the Property Industry Foundation and Apollo is so valuable for several reasons, but the key reason is the increased impact and collaboration,” says Billy. “Potential collaborative initiatives will include increased fundraising campaigns and awareness, joint research or advocacy efforts, as well as assistance with future housing developments, to further provide housing and support services to homeless youth.”
Apollo has chosen to partner with the Foundation for a variety of reasons, but community is top of the list. “Our team has a passion to give back to the community and our organisation closely aligns with the Foundation’s mission, values and industry focus. The Foundation’s mission to build safe homes and offer support services for homeless youth recognises not only the critical importance of stable housing, but of equal importance is to offer support systems, education, and employment opportunities to assist in addressing the challenges faced by vulnerable young people. The Foundation understands that through a collaborative approach, they can break the cycle of homelessness, addressing a critical social issue within Australia.”
