Timothy has been Managing Director of Growthpoint since 2010. He has worked across the office, industrial and retail property sectors. Prior to joining Growthpoint, Tim was Property Trust Manager at Australand Property Group. He also held senior positions at Heine Funds Management.
Steve Lee, Head of Projects and Sustainability at Growthpoint has 30 years’ experience in the property industry, having worked in Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom for both private and public sector organisations.
Steve has a huge amount of experience in project management and property advisory services within the commercial, industrial and retail property sectors, as well as significant experience in sustainability with a leading role in the sustainability programme at Growthpoint Properties Australia for the last 7 years.
