Our mates at Property Council of Australia have a few exciting events planned this month in support of Hard Hat Day.

“We have a couple of exciting initiatives planned for Hard Hat Day,” says Megan Kelly, Learning & Development Program Manager. “On 11 August is a volunteer garden worker bee with a bunch of Property Council NSW staff volunteering their time to assist in a lawn and garden tidy up at Haven House Balgowlah. It’s such a wonderful initiative for Property Council staff to be involved with; a hands-on team building activity, and one that everyone who has volunteered for are proud to be a part of.”

On 24 August, the Property Council will gather for a special Hard Hat morning tea, joined by Property Industry Foundation CEO Kate Mills. “This is a national morning tea where all staff can participate, either in person or virtually, bring along a gold coin to donate and hear from Kate about the great upcoming Property Industry Foundation projects that are happening,” explains Megan. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to be a part of Hard Hat Day and contribute to such a worthy cause. The Property Council are proud to be involved in raising funds for homeless youth.”
