Connect with Dean Arnel, Head of Asset Management, Retail
With over 25 years of industry experience, as Head of Asset Management, Retail at the GPT Group, Dean is responsible for driving the management and performance of GPT’s retail portfolio. Dean oversees the financial and operational performance of the management teams that run the retail assets for the GPT Group. He also oversees a number of national functions and working closely will all parts of the business. Dean is passionate about helping to evolve the industry to ensure it continues to perform in challenging times.
Dean also sits on the board of GPT Property Management Pty Ltd and Innogen Pty Ltd.
Connect with Darren Hunt, Head of Development, Logistics
Darren has 28 years industry experience across a broad range of sectors including commercial, retail hospitality and industrial.
Darren is responsible for all the logistics develop activities nationally. This includes land acquisition, subdivisions, servicing and infrastructure, construction and leasing for speculative or prelease facilities. Currently this equates to 150m of completed leased product annually, including varying facilities like cross docks, refrigerated facilities and automated warehouses. Darren has successfully leased and managed the delivery of in excess of 400 000 sqm of industrial space and secured in excess of 220 Ha while at GPT.
Darren has been a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Industrial Committee, instrumental in setting up the WiN Committee, MAICD, Licensed Real Estate Agent and Licensed Builder.
