Mirvac refreshes Salvation Army and RizeUp spaces across NSW, VIC and QLD

A heartfelt thank you to all the Mirvac volunteers who dedicated their time and energy to participate in working bees for The Salvation Army in both Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney yesterday.

In Sydney, the team refreshed the creative space for young people at The Salvation Army Oasis Youth Support Network in Surry Hills, while in Melbourne, they revitalized The Salvation Army Crossroads – Mater St Youth Service.

It’s truly wonderful to see our long-term partner, Mirvac, stepping up to make a difference on their National Community Day by volunteering for homeless youth.

Your efforts are making a tangible impact in the lives of those in need, providing vital support and resources to vulnerable youth in our communities.

Thank you, Mirvac, for your ongoing commitment to creating positive change and for being a beacon of hope for homeless youth.

“We are so grateful to the Mirvac team that helped to setup the home last Friday.

The team unloaded the truck, built flatpack furniture, assembled beds, dressed the beds with brand new linen, beautified the home throughout with many homewares and placed gifts on the beds tailored to each family members individual likes/ interests. This activity was a part of the RizeUp Homes program.”

Krystiana Greenstein, Homes Lead at RizeUp

“It has been incredible to take the time give back to the community and work together as a team to support the Property Industry Foudnation.”
