Northrop Consulting Engineers is all aboard for the Property Industry Foundation

“On Thursday 11th March, Northrop sailed Sydney Harbour with 13 of their clients from various parts of the construction industry, in support of the Property Industry Foundation 2021 Regatta. Northrop made a donation on behalf of each client and were able to raise a total of $1,172 for homeless youth,”

Alena Harvey, Structural Engineer at Northrop and the appointed Foundation Correspondent.

Northrop has been collaborating with the Property Industry Foundation for the last nine years, raising over $150,000 across their Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices through donations, being part of the PIF House Program with PIF House Parkview NSW and PIF House Dulwich Hill NSW participating in events such as the Tour de PIF, the gala dinner and the Sydney PIF Charity Regatta

Just like when it comes to sailing and racing, every Northrop team member has a particular skill set that enables the crew to work as one and ultimately be successful. Northrop believes that by developing their people, building longstanding client relationships and determination to make every project a success, they can help their clients realise their potential. No wonder they feel the same about unlocking the potential for at-risk and homeless youth

“Thank you to Northrop and its clients,”

“The 2021 Sydney Charity Regatta is one of the ways we fundraise to build homes for homeless youth – as we will do in Dulwich Hill later this year. For every $1 they have raised, we have it matched by in-kind donations of time, expertise and building goods. We double its value.”

Kate Mills, CEO, Property Industry Foundation.
