Construction Rocks 2026: A Night to Remember

A night of rock raises $90,000 for homeless youth!

On Thursday, 6 August, Oxford Art Factory came alive as eight bands from across the property and construction industry brought their best riffs — and their generous hearts — to Construction Rocks 2026.

The result? Over $90,000 raised through tickets, fundraising and sponsorship to help build safe, stable bedrooms for young people experiencing homelessness. That’s down to you.

A Great Night Out, For a Great Cause

Live music, industry networking and a fun night out with colleagues or clients — while directly funding bedrooms for young people experiencing homelessness. That’s the magic of Construction Rocks, and this year proved it once again.

The Industry’s Biggest (and Most Fun) Night

Construction Rocks has become one of the property and construction sector’s most anticipated annual events — a rare chance to see peers, competitors and colleagues let loose on stage. And this year carried extra significance, marking the Property Industry Foundation’s 30th anniversary of building homes and futures for young people experiencing homelessness.

Every Ticket Makes a Real Difference

This isn’t just a ticket to a gig — it’s a contribution to safe housing and a second chance for homeless youth. Simple, tangible framing: your ticket helped build a bedroom. Your night out changed a young life.
