CSR has become a National Partner with the Foundation, a commitment to charity partnerships that aligns with their recently launched Building Better Communities Program. “At CSR, we work together with the communities where we operate to build solutions for a better future for everyone,” says Laura Besley, Head of Sustainability CSR Corporate.

“Our Building Better Communities Program shifts our focus to supporting initiatives that promote safe, sustainable, and secure shelter for the vulnerable and disadvantaged, as well as fostering stronger bonds within the communities where we manufacture our products to be a better neighbour. There is strong alignment with the Property Industry Foundation vision to reduce youth homelessness that talks directly to our purpose and community objectives.”
Building Better Communities will support five charity partnerships, as well as locally focused community grants and a workplace giving program.
“The Property Industry Foundation will be one of our community partnerships that allows CSR to support access to shelter that is safe, sustainable and secure for homeless youth,” explains Laura. “This includes providing product donations to build much needed homes and allow our employees to get involved through volunteering opportunities and sponsorship events.”
