What a night!
Our annual Friends of the Foundation event was held at Wesley Place Business Hub in Melbourne’s CBD on Thursday 2 October.
Hosted by Charter Hall, the after work gathering included a thought-provoking, honest panel discussion on “Leadership, Pitfalls & Purpose” exploring how leaders can stay connected to purpose in high-pressure roles and thread social impact into their business strategy to create meaningful change.

Guests at the intimate event heard from Natalie Devlin, National Board Member and NSW Board Chair on behalf of Charter Hall, as well as panel speakers:

These dynamic and respected industry voices shared candid reflections on their leadership journeys – from navigating commercial pressures and public scrutiny to balancing business success with meaningful community impact. They each offered fascinating insights into the tough decisions, challenges, and pivotal moments that have shaped their values and strengthened their sense of purpose.
