Project Overview
PIF House Blacktown, which is operated by Marist180, was opened in 2017. It provides 6-bedrooms for a live-in carer and 5 at-risk and homeless young people in. Frasers Property provided design services, construction expertise and project management.
Marist180 Residential Manager, Natalie Chichmir, said the home will provide up to a year’s accommodation and counselling for young people aged 17 – 19. “The idea is once they leave here they’re not relying on another organisation, they’re independent,” she said.
