Project Overview
Caretakers Cottage runs this property as a medium-term residence for young people in out of home care aged from 12 to 17 years old. Most are 16-17 in this residence.
This three-level house currently operate with five bedrooms on the top floor and staff areas operating from the lower ground floor. It has shared spaces and bathrooms.
Haven House Sylvania refurbishment focused on creating an extra two bedrooms and an additional full bathroom on the first floor.
As well as the reconfiguration of the staff areas to create an extra counselling room.
