Stepping Stone House
Project Overview
The second of our Haven Houses in Dulwich Hill, this home is undergoing renovations both indoors and the backyard as part of the Haven Project (formerly the PIF House Program) model where the Foundation fundraises as well as leveraging in-kind donations and services from the building industry to build the house. For every $1 raised we double it value. ADCO Constructions has spearheaded the renovation of this house for Stepping Stone House. It will be a home to 5 young people and their carer.
Stepping Stone House welcomes in kids from disadvantaged backgrounds and provides them with specialist live-in care so that they can learn the daily routines of a normal household and either start employment or re-engage with school.
