Now undergoing a full refurbishment — led by the Property Industry Foundation, Lighthouse Foundation, Kane Constructions, and Growthpoint Properties Australia — the home will continue providing stability and care to help young people break the cycle of homelessness.

A New Chapter Begins
The Property Industry Foundation has announced the refurbishment of Haven House Heathmont, a key home managed by Lighthouse Foundation in Melbourne’s outer eastern suburbs. Project partners will gather on-site on 22 April to mark the official start of construction.
Since 2010, Haven House Heathmont has provided safe, stable housing for children and young people experiencing homelessness and trauma. Delivered in partnership with Lighthouse Foundation, the home reflects a long-standing collaboration focused on combining therapeutic care with safe, secure housing.
